Hope and Care operates out of a real residential home in Murrieta — the kind with a kitchen island, a fireplace, and bedrooms down the hall, not a numbered wing. That was a deliberate choice.
Large facilities can offer plenty of amenities, but they can also mean residents become one of many. We chose to stay small on purpose, so caregivers can learn each resident’s routines, preferences, and personality — not just their chart.
Every service we offer, from medication management to meals, is delivered inside that same home, by caregivers your family will come to know by name.

What an ordinary day actually looks like
Not a brochure schedule — the real rhythm residents follow, with room for each person's own pace.
- Mornings
Waking gently, on your schedule
Caregivers assist with waking, bathing, dressing, and grooming at each resident's own pace, followed by a home-cooked breakfast.
- Midday
Meals, medication, and movement
Lunch is served together, medications are managed on schedule, and residents join gentle exercise or a planned activity.
- Afternoons
Activities, visits, and quiet time
Games, music, conversation, and family visits fill the afternoon — or residents simply rest in their own room if they'd rather.
- Evenings
Dinner and winding down
A shared dinner, help getting ready for bed, and the same caregivers residents have come to know throughout the day.
- Overnight
Awake staff, all night
A caregiver stays awake and present overnight, so help is immediate if anyone needs it.
